SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard shipping and all domestic orders are shipped for free. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours and delivered within 4 - 7 business days from the date of order. There can be unforeseen weather conditions and delays caused by the courier company for which we cannot be held accountable for.
All taxes and duties have already been included in the product price for all domestic orders.
*COD available on orders for 500 INR or more.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Exchange is only eligible on products in case of damage / defects / incorrect product. The exchange validity extends only for 1 week from date of purchase. No exchange will be made for sizing issues. Please review our size guides for any queries.
Please note that all our products are handcrafted and each piece is unique and may therefore differ in color, texture and polish.
All exchanges, if any, must be returned with vendor packaging, tags and must be returned in the same conditioned as it was delivered in. The product must be unworn.

*Please note: Before a return pick up is arranged, we will require an image of the product. Once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team. It is up to the brand’s discretion to decide whether the product is eligible for exchange.
CANCELLATION
Once confirmed we do not cancel your order unless it is due to an exception such as - payment made by accident / payment wrongly made on your behalf, in which case please notify us within 24 hrs. at connect@aakritee.in for initiating the cancellation.
